Refund Policy

Most items purchased from Fizafashion listed on are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  • the product is not customized.
  • wrong size ordered cannot be returned without prior approval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the time taken by our payment gateway providers and banking channels.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, we will pick up the product if approved by Returns/Exchanges Department .

Product Availability

Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. The Company shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. The Company reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice. Details about the availability of products are provided when you place your order. At times, errors may exist. If a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or by telephone as soon as possible. You will be invited to choose another available product as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order. If you cancel your order, you will be refunded. Customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
